Well, I think it's quite obvious that Chiyu is lying about helping Nōmi out of her own will, and that she's hiding the true nature of her relationship with the sadistic kōhai from Haruyuki and Taku. I still refuse to believe that she'd team up with someone as despicable as Nōmi—someone who takes joy in using other people—of whose disgusting personality she had already witnessed first-hand. But on the off chance that she's actually telling the truth, all I can say is that there's something terribly wrong with her thought process.
The most pressing issue, however, doesn't seem to be Chiyu's "betrayal" but Haruyuki's mental state. Back in Episode 12 there was some explicit foreshadowing regarding the possible return of Chrome Disaster—this time, with Haruyuki as the host. And now, it seems one step closer to becoming a reality. If it weren't for the duel's time limit, things might've ended unfortunately for all parties involved. However, I highly doubt there'll be anything to stop Haruyuki from fully succumbing to his rage next time, especially since he's currently being sabotaged and attacked by Nōmi. And when that time comes, I wonder how everyone around him, especially Kuroyukihime, will deal with the living BBQ pork. Speaking of which, that dream Haruyuki had was quite amusing. Possible foreshadowing, maybe?
After watching the preview, I'm highly anticipating the next episode. First off, the return of Yuniko will definitely provide some good laughs. But more exciting than that would be the possible introduction of the girl in the maid outfit in the OP, who many suspect to be the former Red King. It'll be interesting to see how she integrates herself into the story. Hopefully, she sides with the protagonists as Nōmi's already more than enough for them to deal with.
