As Kagerō would put it, this show is such an S! Sometimes, it makes me laugh until it hurts, while at others, the levels of moe makes my heart stop. On a more serious note, the infamous Kagerō makes his appearance this episode with a bang. To be honest, his voice threw me a off a bit; I didn't it expect it to be that deep. A voice with pitch that's a bit lower than Zange's was what I thought of, prior to hearing him talk.
Anyhow, this semi-filler episode was side-splittingly funny. Watching Ririchiyo failing to keep up with Kagerō's S&M talk was priceless. It's unfortunate that he's leaving so soon but, having read the manga, I know he'll show up again in the near future (it'll be right around the time where Sōshi's past will be revealed). With it being a mostly filler episode, there isn't much content to review, aside from the possibility that letters played a huge part in Ririchiyo's childhood. All I can say is that Kagerō is probably someone who people will either love or hate.
I would like to point of how utterly stupid (in a funny way) the ED was. Both the animation and the vocals were a perfect example of "so bad, yet so good". On top of those two factors, I also noticed that an S or M was placed beside each of staff names in the credits list. Oh, Kagerō, your presence will truly be missed...
