Oh, there's Mini Ika Musume in this episode? Automatic 5/5!
But, in all seriousness, this was a very good episode. Yes, part of it is due to the appearance of Miki Ika Musume but the other two stories weren't far behind. I found Gorou and Ika Musume getting owned by the Aizawa sisters really amusing, as well as Sanae trying to be Ika Musume's SP. These kinds of gags are what make the series enjoyable. I would say it's either you like it or hate it when it comes to comedy series like Shinryaku!? Ika Musume. Anyhow, I'll probably finish catching up tomorrow assuming I complete my planned textbook readings.
ジョギングしなイカ!？ (Won't You Go Jogging!?)
For the first minute or so of this story, we see Ika Musume and the three Aizawa siblings jogging together. But since it's Ika Musume we're talking about it'd be no surprise if she gives up halfway through. And she does just that upon inhaling the fragrant smell of shrimp curry coming from a restaurant. At that point, she, along with Eiko and Takeru, take a break to indulge in food while Chizuru and Gorou, who they "coincidentally" (*cough* he was waiting for
GOOD END
As for Gorou, he spent the entire day jogging with Chizuru. When night came, he was evidently at his limit while Chizuru didn't even start sweating yet. Despite getting to spend the day with his beloved, Gorou ends up passing out on the stairs to his residence.

SPじゃなイカ!？ (Isn't That an SP!?)
It was another regular day when, out of nowhere, Sanae tries to sneak up on Ika Musume and ends up being tentacle whipped for the millionth time. Then, also out of nowhere, Takeru's friends surround Ika Musume and claim to be SP, promising to protect her no matter what. But when Sanae reappears in business attire and stops bird droppings from landing on Ika Musume, the boys admit defeat, knowing that they won't be able to replicate that feat. And so, Sanae continues her duty as Ika Musume's SP throughout the day (also ruining the atmosphere at the Beach House lemon, repulsing customers). Back at the Aizawa residence, Sanae continues to follow Ika Musume around, even to the toilet and the bathroom. When the time for sleep came, Sanae reassures Ika Musume by telling her that traps and alarms have been set. Despite having troubles falling asleep knowing that Sanae is outside the door, Ika Musume eventually does so after counting shrimp. Meanwhile, Sanae battles with herself, contemplating whether to uphold her duties as an SP or give in to her desires. In the end, her "love" for Ika Musume gets the best of her and she enters the room. Although the avoided the first trap, she loses all control of her actions and ends up activating the other ones, eventually falling out the window. However, it turns out that she got a hand on the windowsill and is just hanging there. Unfortunately for her, Eiko had just woken up due to the noise of traps and, upon seeing the open window, proceeds to shut it, causing Sanae to fall to the ground. As the sun begins to rise, Sanae realizes her mistakes and ends up tying herself up in order to prevent herself from trying the same thing again. When Ika Musume and Eiko discover the tied-up Sanae the next morning, the SP announces that she has caught the enemy!

It's another typical day for Mini Ika Musume. She wakes up, makes her bed, eats some shrimp and looks at the view of Eiko's room from the ledge of her tank. However, today, some of Eiko's school papers, which were blown into the air by the wind, cause her to fall out of her tank. After returning the papers to the desk, poor Mini Ika Musume gets frightened by a shark eraser and a hippopotamus mouth pencil holder. Upon stumbling onto another piece of paper, a gust of wind comes in through the window and takes causes the paper to fly out the window, with Ika Musume still on hit. She then gets to enjoy the great view for a bit until she gets grabbed by a hawk. Using her tentacles to attack the hawk, Mini Ika Musume ends up getting set free, but falls all the way back down to the earth. Upon regaining consciousness, Mini Ika Musume sees a forest of plants surrounding her. She spends the rest of her day exploring this vast "forest" before hiding in an empty sardine can when it started raining. As the rain continues to fall, Mini Ika Musume starts to miss her owner, Eiko, crying herself to sleep. When she awakes, Mini Ika Musume finds a body of water surrounding the sardine can. Luckily, a kind frog brings her back to dry land. A short walk later, she sees a small house whose proportions are perfect for her to live in. With hunger setting in, Mini Ika Musume attempts to eat the apples in the house but, unfortunately, they were not real. She then jumps on the bed and once again starts to think about Eiko. However, her thoughts are interrupted as she sees two large cats staring at her. Despite being able to avoid them for a while, Mini Ika Musume ends up being caught and the two cats proceed to hit her around like a ball of yarn. Luckily (or maybe unluckily), Alex shows up and scares the cats away. The dog then tries to sniff Mini Ika Musume who reacts by sticking her tentacles into Alex's nose. This causes him to sneeze, with the force of it knocking the squid girl out cold. Later in the day, when Eiko returns home from school, she sees Mini Ika Musume lying at the side of the house and picks her up. Upon seeing her owner's face again, Mini Ika Musume joyfully embraces her owner. The camera then shifts to the sunflowers in the front yard of the house - the exact ones that Mini Ika Musume had found on her adventure...
Oh, it turns out that this was all part of Gorou's dream.
