Arguably the best received anime of the Winter 2011, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica (shortened to MSMM) has made its way into my list of anime to watch. Based on the high praise that it received, I have high expectations for this series. I have an idea of what I'm getting myself into (yes, I know it's not going to be the typical magical girl anime) so I'm prepared for anything that comes my way. The only question left is, will I join the rest of the MSMM supporters at the end of the 12 episodes? Or is it just another one of those overrated shows?
