I was never really interested by a mystery/detective anime but decided to give GOSICK a try after catching a glimpse of my friend watching it. The "Mystery" genre is another first for me after choosing to watch Infinite Stratos (categorized as a "Mecha" anime). I guess a change of scenery is good once in a while and may help me discover other genres I like. GOSICK seems like a promising anime and I hope it won't disappoint.
